Picture Magic Show consists of:
1. a set of pictures scanned,
2. music recorded from CDs or cassettes (up to 6 songs),
3. captions supplied by customer and/or supplied by Picture Magic,
4. captions and pictures animated with music in the background. A short time after the pictures, music and captions or guidance is provided by the customer, Picture Magic produces a prototype of the presentation. The prototype is reviewed by the customer for approval prior to the event.

At the event, Picture Magic will be present with a computer, video projector, external computer speakers and a 8 foot screen and show the Picture Magic Show. The customer can make provisions to use the disc jockey's speaker system.

After the event Picture Magic will make a personalized CD-ROM of the show. The CD-ROM will also include a separate folder of all the pictures used in the show. These pictures will be in JPEG format, which is suitable for use in software commonly found on home computers. This includes software for the internet.
